Three pieces of advice I would give to a multimedia apps student about making your website:

• Pick a topic that is interesting to you. It is important to pick a topic that is not too broad so you can cover all of the material. When you decide on a topic make sure that you are interested in the topic so you enjoy making your website. You will be spending a lot of time working on this project, so it is important to make it fun for yourself.
• It is a good idea to put the pictures in as you go. It will be easier for you to finish one post with a picture on it than start a bunch and have to go back and forth. Also when you are inserting images into your pages/posts, type your alt. text at the same time. This will save time, and you won’t have to remember which pictures you still have to put the alt.text on if you put them in as you go.
• Use your time in class. You get a lot of time in class to work on your website, you should use your time well so you don’t have to do much work outside of class.
